- Monthly or bi-weekly phone calls (as required) to check in*
- Race prep (strategy and nutrition) review before goal race
- Required: A GPS watch, heart rate optional but preferred.
*Always athlete initiated and must be scheduled in advance
Cancellation policy: Athletes may cancel after the three-month period has ended. If the athlete chooses to cancel during the three-month period, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Two weeks notice is required for all cancellations.
