Are you looking to lose weight, get stronger, faster and improve your overall fitness? Strength training is one of the best ways to become a more injury-resilient athlete.
I offer one-on-one sessions in my home. Workouts are determined by what your primary goal is, whether it is improved sport performance or weight loss.
Each individual session at my home is $70/hr. You can also pre-purchase a 10-session package for $600 (please contact me to arrange this option).
