Are you looking to lose weight, get stronger, faster and improve your overall fitness? Strength training is one of the best ways to become a more injury resilient athlete.
I offer one on one sessions in your home. No equipment? No problem! I can bring the gym to you. Workouts are determined by what your primary goal is, whether it is improved sport performance or weight loss.
Individual sessions at your home (within Toronto) are $85/hr. You can also pre-purchase a 10-session package for $700 (please contact me to arrange this option).
